Working System
The automatic briquette and parquet machine, joystick and hydraulic system controlled by the operator, the front and rear stacking robots operate automatically, the products on the pallet are stacked on top of 6 – 8 rows and taken to the drying area with the forklift.
Equipments
In automatic systems, a mixer is required to mix the mortar that will come to the machine at the minimum. In order to transport the mortar from the mixer to the machine, a band is required. Forklifts are needed to transport the pallets, front-back robots and overlaid pallets to the drying area. However, in order to produce on the basis of less human power, bunkers and cement silos and a band and helix that incorporate them into the system are required.
Advantages compared the other systems
Comparing to the manual system, the facility installation area does not have to big as much as in manual system. It is easier to use the field because the briquettes stacked on the pallet take up less space. Less people are based on their power. Provides faster production.
Disadvantages according to full automatic system, it works with operator control.
